When I started in the business, as I took an honest look at what "becoming valuable" really meant...it all seemed to boil down to taking action on these two central questions:

From pricing a home, to marketing it, to negotiating a timely deal, I will make sure to offer advice that's realistic - that's based on recent, verified experience in our market.
